Royal Bank of Canada has hired a senior commodities salesman from Citigroup as a managing director at its London office, as the lender looks to grow its investment banking arm in Europe.
Ron Ruffini has joined RBC Capital Markets as head of commodities risk solutions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa as well as the Asia-Pacific region, a spokesperson said.
